Question
Why does my Clarisonic always seem TOO wet?
I just got my Clarisonic classic for Christmas and I followed the directions, wet the brush head, rubbed the cleanser on my face and put the brush head on my face in circles (forehead, cheeks, nose, etc.). It drips water and doesn't even feel like its working b/c of all the water on the head it just feels like a separation I can barely feel the bristles. I tried quickly putting water on it, shaking it to remove excess H2O, or putting little amounts on. Help please!

Question
Used Mia ONCE, now all it does is blink and pulsate for 2 seconds!!
Help!!!!

I have used the clarisonic one time and it has charged for a long time now- well over the amount of time needed for it to be fully charged.

When I press the button the only think that happens is that the led light blinks and the brush pulsates several times and then does not stay on.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Help I just bought this, it should not be happening like this!!!!!

I have a Classic but have you tried holding the button down for about 2-3 seconds? Maybe it's stuck on a setting or confused?.. Hope this helps! =)

Question
Can you help me choose which model?
What are the relevant differences in the models, other than the number of speeds and price? Basically, does the Mia do the same job on a face as the Plus - but is simply smaller? Help!

The larger Clarisonic can also be used on your body with the supplied body brush to make all of you flawless. Other than that I know no differences besides the price, the number of speeds, and the size.

Are you sure you faced the brush towards the charger, not away from it? I had to let my unit charge for 48 hours to use it initially.

Heidi, yes mine lights up when it's charging. The lights flash until it's fully charged and then they all stay on when it's ready to use.

Question
How come just bottom 2 lights are green?
I have not used the device in about a month, and now when I went to use it it just pulses. It does not actually turn. It makes the right sounds, but doesn't work.

Hi Susan, Each speed moves 300 times a second and cleans your face the same way. The difference in speed is how aggressive you want your cleansing experience to be. If you have sensitive skin the medium or low may be best. However, if your skin is not easily irritated you may find the high speed to be the best cleansing option for you.
