Question
My Clarisonic Classic suddenly won't charge. Of course I've had it just over 2 years so the warrenty is over.
The unit was working fine. I use it once a day. In May I noticed that the charge didn't last the normal 30 minutes, closet to half that. I charged it for 2 days. The green light stopped flashing so all should be good. NOPE. The next time I tried to use it, it started, immediately stopped and the green and orange light started flashing like crazy. Then nothing. I've put it on charge again but I have little hope. What are my options? I certainly can't afford to buy a new unit and am really disappointed that it died just after the warranty ran out. What is a normal life for the Clarisonic? I hardly consider this a good investment if it is only 2 years. Money is too hard to come by these days to throw away like this.

I have 2 questions.
1) My Clarisonic Plus makes 5 short beeps and won't turn on. What do I do?
2) My Clarisonic Plus will only hold a charge for about 3 days. Why? I use it twice a day for 2 minutes each time on the medium setting.

5 short beeps is the indication that the battery is low. If your Clarisonic is not holding a charger for longer than a few days after giving it a full charge please call us so we can troubleshoot with you. Our number is 888-525-2747 we are open Mon-Fri 6am-5pm Pacific time.

Question
Red light is still flashing even though I’ve charged it for 24+ hours. Still works perfectly fine, but when turned on to use red light still flashes.

Can you help me figure out what's wrong with my Clarisonic Pro?
I bought my Clarisonic Pro less than a year ago. When not in use I keep the unit on the charger. I always use it once a day for 2 minutes. I noticed a couple of days ago that the unit stopped in the middle of cleansing my face. When I pushed the on button again it did not come back on. Thinking that for some reason it had not properly charged I just placed it back on the charger. The next night when I went to use it again it would not come on. Could something be wrong with the battery or the charger?

Yeah I bought one for and Im a guy. Its great to use after you shave to smooth the skin so you don't get that sand paper like feeling after you shave.

Hey, there's no shame in your game and that's a good thing! Men need clean skin too, especially if you shave (hair has so much bacteria and it gets right into your pores when you shave). Besides whatever products you use on your face will absorb better and be more effective because of the Clarisonic.

I have a lot of male friends who actually turned me onto to using this product. In fact, they say that shaving is much easier now....why I do not know, as I'm a woman, but if you go on YouTube, you will find a lot of men reviewing the product. I highly recommend giving it a try. Good Luck!

My husband loves when I give him a "man's facial" with my clarisonic....

He has made comments about how great his skin feels and looks....He remarks how much closer his shaves are after his facial... No more irritation and beard related pimples...

I've gone a week without charging it, but that's just using it on my face. The charge doesn't last quite as long if you're using the body brush, too.

I have the classic and it last like 25 uses and each use is for like 1 minute so non stop maybe 25 minutes. But the other models have different running times I think

Used Mia ONCE, now all it does is blink and pulsate for 2 seconds!!
Help!!!!

I have used the clarisonic one time and it has charged for a long time now- well over the amount of time needed for it to be fully charged.

When I press the button the only think that happens is that the led light blinks and the brush pulsates several times and then does not stay on.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Help I just bought this, it should not be happening like this!!!!!

I have a Classic but have you tried holding the button down for about 2-3 seconds? Maybe it's stuck on a setting or confused?.. Hope this helps! =)

Why does my Clarisonic always seem TOO wet?
I just got my Clarisonic classic for Christmas and I followed the directions, wet the brush head, rubbed the cleanser on my face and put the brush head on my face in circles (forehead, cheeks, nose, etc.). It drips water and doesn't even feel like its working b/c of all the water on the head it just feels like a separation I can barely feel the bristles. I tried quickly putting water on it, shaking it to remove excess H2O, or putting little amounts on. Help please!
