Yes, the Clarisonic does heat up when on the charger. It will feel warm to the touch but should not be uncomfortable. Thank you!

Question
I bought a clarisonic in April of this year and have so far loved it. I recently have had problems with it starting and stopping on it's own.
It will just be sitting in my bathroom and all of a sudden turn on. It will run a while and then shut off. Don't know if you're ever supposed to change the battery out or what. Any suggestions?

Question
Does this product make you break out more ?
I've been using it for over a week and my acne has been breaking out more. I was just hoping that it's normal, but after reading some great reviews about it, I'm scared it's giving me a weird reaction. I'm 16 and in need of help.

I had the same thing happen to me but it went away. So I would say it is just where the product is cleaning your face.

Hi,
Breakouts are perfectly normal when starting out with the product. The first four weeks it will be getting rid of extra oil, dirt, makeup etc . Start out just using once a day for the first month while your skin is adjusting. After the first month you should start seeing improvement. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions you can call us at 888-525-2747 we are open Mon-Fri 6am-5pm pacific time.

Warm Regards

I'm not a Clarisonic expert I just own one and love it but I am a professional make up artist and I would not recommend doing that. The skin around your eyes is the thinnest skin on our bodies so you really need to be gentle with it plus the circulation of the device is so fast it might be a bit hard on your eyelashes.

I think you can not. Because you have to avoid the eyes... Also use a make up remover before you clean your face with the clarisonic i think that way your brush will not get all dirty so quick.

Question
Just bought a clarisonic mia and it says charge 24 hours before first use so i charged it but it kept getting disconnected so it wasn't 24 hours
consecutively.

Like it was in my room then i moved it to the bathroom. Will this affect the battery life (long term) because apparantly not charging for 24 hours does something wierd to the battery life.

It should be fine, as long as you didn't interrupt longer than 10 minutes when moving it.

Rinse your face first and then pat it dry with a towel. Don't rub it dry with the towel though.

Yeah as long as it isn't a scrub or anything that exfoliates it will over dry your skin and the beads get stuck under the brush. And the hydro cleanser isn't that good.

Absolutely you can use your own cleanser. I do. I either apply my cleanser directly on my face or I will put it on the Mia brush head.
