Question
Should it make my face sting?
I've only been using my new Mia for a couple of days. My face feels cleaner and softer and everything, but I get a stinging feeling on my cheeks after I'm done washing my face. I'm still using the same face wash, so I know I'm not allergic to the cleanser or anything. Should I be worried?

You may want to try getting a brush head made for sensitive or delicate skin. The bristles on the regular brush head may not be soft enough for your skin type. If that doesn't help, I don't know what to tell you. It may feel a bit tingly but it shouldn't sting! Hope this helps! =)

Question
After using the Mia for two weeks 1x/day, my face is really dried out and flaking? Is this normal?
Should I stop using the Mia? Or is this part of the process for some users-- total purge and deflake of the face before all is good.

The same thing happened to me. Your skin will get used to it! I think it's just all the dead skin cells coming off..

I have the same exact problem. The Clarisonic's brush head is big, making it very difficult to use around the eyes. My electric toothbrush has been working well for that area. I know it sounds odd, but if you think about it, it's really just the same thing as the Clarisonic on a smaller scale. The toothbrush I use is a Braun and the head rotates. It cost me less than $30 and the heads can be replaced cheap on eBay. Hope this helps!

HI,
It is best to keep the cap off the brush head after use. Leaving the cap on will not allow the brush to dry with proper ventilation. Hope this helps.

Hi,
When you first get your Mia you need to charge it for a full 24hrs, after that do as needed. Once a week over night would be best for battery life. Hope this helps.
