Question
How long does it take to see a noticeable difference in the appearance of fine lines and dryness around the eye?
I'm a 32 year old female with oily skin every where except the eye area. My eyes are extremely dry and sensitive!

For myself I noticed a difference in hydration almost immediately. My skin no longer has that dry look that it had before and my concealer doesnt cake into the lines like it use to. My eyes are extremely sensitive too, another reason I have such bad dark circles and the opal is very soothing and I have had no problem with the serum.

I haven't needed to - the serum seems to be enough (and the moisturizing effect lasts a long time - I used to get smile lines back within 3-4 hours and I can go all day now without seeing them)

Beeping sound from my Opal
Hi there,

I was charging my Opal and there was this beeping sound with the blue light flashing.
When I unplugged the charger, the Opal vibrates on its own for about 5 mins before it dies off.
I could no longer turn it on.
And when i place it back on the charger, the cycle goes on again.
Is my Opal spoilt?
I received it as a Christmas gift and was so looking forward to using it.
The serial number on my Opal is H1012601.
Would appreciate your prompt reply.

Question
White Light vs. Blue Light
I just purchased the Opal and know I have to charge it for 24 hours. However the booklet/instructions talk about a blue light and the unit is blinking with a white light. Something to be concerned about?

Since the light is fluorescent like, I can see where it may appear white instead of blue. Don't think it's anything to worry about as long as the device operates properly for 30 seconds at a time once its turned on.
