Questions & Answers for Clarisonic Universal Charger

Question
universal charger
Hi,
I bought the clarisonic pro in US but I'm living in SIN.
Since the charging cradle I bought is for domestic use only (110V), I can not use it Singapore..

Do you sell internatiional charger seperately in SIN?

If not, I'm thinking to buy voltage converter (110 v -> 220v), and want to know what w is needed.
Is is it less than 10w?

HI,
So the universal cradle is 100-240 VAC: 50/ Hz allowing it to be used worldwide, The only place we sell our products in Singapore currently is Sephora, if they don’t have the universal charger, you might have to find somewhere that would ship it to you. Unfortunately we do not ship to Singapore. Hope you are able to find what you are looking for.

Warm Regards

HI,
Unfortunately the mia charger cannot be used for the plus or any other clarisonic. The plus charger is universal just not compact like the mia. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Question
Can the clarisonic classic be charged in Singapore?
I'm thinking of purchasing a clarisonic classic for myself and was curious as to whether or not the classic can be charged both in the U.S and Singapore. This is because Singapore and the U.S have different volts in terms of power, and I'm afraid that the classics would not be able to charge regardless of the appropriate adapter.

HI,
The classic charger does not have the correct voltage to go out of the country, you will have to purchase the universal charger to use in Singapore which has a higher voltage range. Hope this helps.

Question
Types of Universal charging cradle?
Hi Clarisonic,

How many types of voltages does the Universal charging cradles for the plus/pro as I'm confused why some of the questions in your FAQ says 120V while others that state 100V-24V/50-60Hz;

Does all your new pro sonic 2011 models come with a universal charging cradle that can be used worldwide with diff voltage 100V-240V?

Thanks

Regards,
PC

Hi,
There are two types of chargers, if it says 120V it is not universal and can only be used in the states. If it says 100-220v it is the universal base and can be used outside the country with the correct adapter. All newer pros do come with the universal charger, hope this helps.

If you have the Mia, you will simply need a plug adaptor--no need for a transformer. I use my Mia recharger oversea with 220 volt electricity without problems. I can't speak for the other models. Check the cradle. Does it say 110/220? If so, it's dual voltage.

I'm stationed in Afghanistan, where we have 220Volt electricity, and my charger works fine with a simple plug adaptor. It is dual voltage, so there's no need for a transformer. I hope this helps--
