Hi there, Yes it can. Check your charging base. If you have a Pro Deluxe it comes with the Universal charging cradle & is compatible with up to 240 Volts. If you have the standard cradle you will need to purchase the Universal charging cradle.

Question
International charger with PRO models?
Hi. On your website it says that all PRO models come with the international charger, but I just bought a 2009 PRO model and it did not have an international charger. Why is this so? Was the international charger only made available in PRO systems recently?

Hi there, Yes on our website it says ***Clarisonic PRO Sonic Skin Cleansing Systems are available with and without the Body Kit (Body Brush Head and Refining Skin Polish) and Universal Charging Cradle.
It looks like you didn't get the body kit. Thanks for checking!

Question
Does the Clarisonic Pro come with a Universal Charger?
Hi there, I just purchased the Clarisonic Pro, with 4 speeds, in the Breast Cancer pink, I'm wondering if I received the Universal charger with it as I've read contradicting information on. It says on the side of the box Charging cradle, not Universal. But I've read that all the Pro's come with the Universal charger, can you help??

Hi, Not all of the Pro models include the universal charging cradle. The Pro Deluxe kit does include the Universal charging cradle for $225. The other Pro kit is just the brush and standard cradle for $195. I hope this helps!

Hi Karen, we first recommend checking to make sure all the cords are secure on the charging stone. To reset the unit go to a different outlet and let it charge for 5 hours. If you do not see the LED light or hear any pulsing or buzzing, please call customer service. Thank you!

Question
Universal Charging Cradle - Can I use in Australia without using a converter?
Hi, I wanted to clarify, I bought my Clarisonic Plus in the USA and I live in Canada, and I will be travelling to Australia soon. I understand that I need an adapter (because the plug is different in Australia) but I wanted to make sure that I do not need a converter (because the Carisonic Universal Charging Cradle will work with the different voltage). Is this correct?

Hi there, That is right. You do not need a converter just an adapter if that applies. Thank you!

Question
Cradle in shower
I would like another cradle to keep my clarisonic in the shower. Do you sell just the plastic holder without the electric parts? It would make it easier to dry.

Hello, No unfortunately we do not make a cradle for the shower. It is safer to lie the Clarisonic flat in a secure location of the shower to reduce the chance of it falling into the bath tub. Thank you!
